If an enquiry proceeds to a rental, booking or permit information may be shared with Strathcona County for camping permits and with the RCMP for rental notifications, as described in our rental information. Enquiry form

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a rental agreement. A booking is subject to the hall’s confirmation, rental agreement and required payments. The rental agreement governs the terms of your booking; this page does not replace that agreement.
